Latest Ontario draw invites French-Speaking Skilled Workers!

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) frequently searches IRCC’s Express Entry pool to identify candidates who may meet the eligibility criteria of one of Ontario’s Express Entry immigration streams.

On June 05, 2023, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program conducted consecutive targeted draws for candidates under its French-Speaking Skilled Worker stream. A total of 417 eligible candidates were issued Notifications of Interest (NOIs) in this latest Ontario draw.

  • CRS score range: 312-487
  • Profiles created in IRCC’s Express Entry system: June 05, 2022-June 05, 2023
  • Type of draw: Targeted (Health, Education, and Finance occupations)

Draw 2

  • Date/Time of NOIs issued: June 05, 2023
  • Number of NOIs issued: 139
  • CRS score range: 348-487
  • Profiles created in IRCC’s Express Entry system: June 05, 2022-June 05, 2023
  • Type of draw: Targeted (Tech, Trades, and Other Priority occupations)

Invited candidates were also required to have work experience in one of the National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes targeted for these draws. A complete list of the occupations targeted has been covered in our detailed news.

This was the second French-Speaking Skilled Worker stream draw conducted by OINP in 2023. Ontario issues NOIs to eligible candidates on a weekly basis, with some exceptions. The frequency, size, and date of the latest Ontario draw are determined by the province’s application inventory needs.

If you have been invited to this latest Ontario draw, you may submit an online application to the OINP if you qualify under the Ontario Express Entry stream for which your notification of interest was issued. You must submit your application within 45 calendar days of receiving the notification of interest.
